Coaching can be defined in many ways. For me it's about building awareness, empowering choice, defining goals and unlocking the potential within.
Developing, refining and improving your skills isn't just for those starting out but something that benefits all. It includes those who have reached the top of their organisation as well as those who are new to leadership and those who are looking to move roles inside or outside what they do today.
Coaching can help identify strengths and support you work on continual improvement, empowering you to be the best you can be. It can develop core leadership skills of communication, empathy, confidence and self-awareness as well as help you make better decisions and maximise your potential.
A typical engagement lasts approximately 6 sessions and begins with a getting to know you session to maximise what you want to get out of your experience.
